Cambodia US Collaboration

An important milestone was achieved today by the collaboration of the South Asia Foresight Network SAFN and the International Relations Institute of Cambodia (IRIC) at the Government Royal Academy in Phnom Peng(21st Feb 2024). It was an honour to deliver a lecture at the Prestigious Institute on the “History of Cambodia-Sri Lanka Relations: Sri Lankan Perspective on Present Geopolitical Challenges”. I thank the Government of Cambodia and Director General Kin Phea, his senior research officials, and the academic staff. This was the first time in the institute's history that a Washington-based research network has collaborated with IRIC
